We strive to deliver products purchased from Vigorousfashions in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
Duration of delivery:
All of Vigorousfashions orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and shipped internationally from our warehouses to your provided shipping address via post, registered post and courier services. Your order will be delivered within 10-14 business days after it has been dispatched via post service, 6-7 days via registered post and 3-4 days if you prefer courier service delivery.
Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays and etc.
If you have not received your order within 15 business days after (Mon-Fri) receiving a delivery update from us, we ask you to contact our customer service team so we can check what has happened.
STANDARD DELIVERY COST:
$10 shipping fee for orders between 10-100 USD
$5 shipping fee for orders between 100-150 USD
Free shipping for orders above 150 USD
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with courier services to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from courier services for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.
